By accessing equitysavefinance.com or engaging Equity Save Finance's financial services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users.
2. About Equity Save Finance
Equity Save Finance is a Washington-state registered financial advisory firm, founded in 2020, headquartered at 15903 Vincent Rd NW, Poulsbo, WA 98370. We provide wealth management, lending facilitation, tax advisory, and insurance services through licensed professionals.
We are registered as an Investment Adviser with applicable state securities regulators and operate in compliance with SEC, FINRA, and state insurance commission regulations where applicable.
3. Services Description
Equity Save Finance offers:
- Advisory Services: Personalized financial planning, portfolio construction, and ongoing wealth management under written Investment Advisory Agreements (IAA).
- Lending Facilitation: Introductions to third-party lenders for personal, credit, and mortgage loans. Equity Save Finance is not the lender and does not make credit decisions.
- Tax Advisory: Strategic tax planning (not tax preparation or legal advice).
- Insurance Services: Policy sourcing through licensed insurance agents; final underwriting decisions rest with carriers.
4. Client Eligibility
To engage our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States.
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during onboarding.
- Execute all required agreements, disclosures, and regulatory forms.
- Pass identity verification (KYC/AML) and suitability assessments.
We reserve the right to decline or terminate any client relationship at our sole discretion.
5. Fees & Payment
All fees are disclosed in writing before service commencement. Advisory fees are typically asset-based (AUM) or flat monthly retainers as outlined in our pricing schedule. Lending and insurance products carry their own fees set by third-party providers.
Advisory fees are billed monthly in advance. Failure to pay within 30 days of invoice may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
6. Investment Risk Disclosure
IMPORTANT: All investments carry risk, including potential loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Diversification and asset allocation do not ensure profit or protect against loss in declining markets.
You acknowledge that you have received and reviewed our Form ADV Part 2A brochure, which details investment strategies, risks, conflicts of interest, and disciplinary history (if any).
7. No Guarantees
Equity Save Finance does not guarantee any specific financial outcome, loan approval, insurance underwriting decision, or investment return. All projections are hypothetical illustrations for educational purposes and are not promises of performance.
8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide timely, accurate information regarding your financial situation, goals, and risk tolerance.
- Notify us promptly of any material changes (income, employment, family status, health, address).
- Review account statements and performance reports regularly.
- Respond to advisor communications within reasonable timeframes.
- Maintain sole responsibility for final financial decisions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on equitysavefinance.com — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and compilation — is the property of Equity Save Finance and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
10. Website Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the site for unlawful purposes or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
- Violate any federal, state, or international regulations.
- Infringe upon our intellectual property or that of third parties.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
- Scrape, data-mine, or use automated tools without permission.
11. Third-Party Services
We may facilitate introductions to third-party lenders, insurance carriers, custodians, and other professionals. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Equity Save Finance is not liable for their products, services, or actions.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Equity Save Finance, its officers, advisors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or investment losses, arising from use of our services or website.
Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Equity Save Finance in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Equity Save Finance from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
14. Termination
Either party may terminate the advisory relationship with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees, and we will transition your accounts to you or your new custodian within 30 business days.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Kitsap County, Washington, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Form ADV, and any signed advisory agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Equity Save Finance and supersede all prior communications.
18. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
